The basic principles of our Atakent American Culture College Human Resources policy are;

     • Updating Human Resources processes in accordance with the needs created by sectoral dynamics,

RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:

Our main goal in the recruitment processes is to place candidates who comply with the Atakent American Culture College values, principles and position-based competencies in the right positions.

During the year, job postings are posted on our corporate website, different career portals and social media in accordance with staff needs. When applying to job postings, each candidate's CV is carefully examined and equal opportunities are provided to each candidate.

The interview processes of the candidates are carried out in cooperation with the School Principal, Head Office Education Staff and Human Resources Directorate.

Our recruitment is divided into two separate areas, Academic and Administrative Staff, and our process steps are structured in a fair and transparent manner.

Academic staff;

In our Head Office and campuses, in line with the Ministry of Education legislation and regulations, School Principal, Department Head, Deputy School Principal, Department Head, Branch Teacher etc. Recruitment for these positions takes place throughout the year. Our competencies for these positions are determined by taking into account our corporate values;
